It was wonderful to get over to Melbourne to do some training with Paul, Sifu’s 12 year disciple. His skill and sensitivity is so high that he was able to make subtle corrections for me that made huge differences. I discovered how to align the internal structure so that the Qi is connected from the feet all the way to the hands and how to then mobilise it throughout the body with every movement! As well as many details on movements, principles and applications. The increase in connectedness and power I now feel is surprising! I highly recommend getting over to train with Paul at Heaven Man Earth Melbourne at some stage. It will lift you to another level of skill and internal ability.
